Only selected optimum ripened grapes,

The wine is then kept on the skins for three weeks and
then the free juice is separated from the skins which
then gets pressed. After malolactic fermentation
the wine gets blended.

|
A refined and elegantly structured
Merlot with black
berry and ripe plum with hints of smokiness completed
by soft tannins. This wine is an ideal accompaniment
to fine red meat dishes.
